We are expanding our team and are looking for a Sales Team Lead to join our Manila Team.

As the Sales Team Lead, you’ll be the liaison between the upper management and sales team. You’ll be responsible for managing a team and oversee performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction. You’ll also ensure the quality of calls is carried out consistently and accurately based on the standards set by the management.


  • Initiate, implement and develop monitoring tools for effective quality assurance procedure
  • Responsible for people development and alignment of goals to meet and/or exceed expectations
  • Provide recommendations for monitoring call activity including response to calls, emails & chats
  • Commute to all team members for any new requirements, changes, updates given by the upper management
  • Coach team members on their performance on regular basis
  • Other reasonable duties as assigned/required


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 3-5 years experience in managing a sales team
  • Proven experience and success in managing a team
  • Strong leadership and organization skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and look for creative solutions to solve complex problems
  • In-depth understanding of BPO business and process
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • No attendance issues
