The Head of Growth’s core charge is to explore, identify, create, sustainable acquisition channels and to develop the network effect. S/he also provides overall leadership to the marketing department while owning and driving the planning, creative direction, branding strategy, and execution of marketing projects, programs, and initiatives. In addition, the Head of Growth would be a key stakeholder in developing the marketing strategy (alongside the CEO & VP, Strategy).


  • Aggressively researches and actively participates as a key member of the consumer insights group

  • Defines and optimizes the overall sales funnel & customer journey (including devising lead scoring, metrics, etc.)
  • Owns and drives front-end customer-facing product
  • Ensures the brand voice is consistently deployed across all channels and collateral
  • Manages all agency and contractor relationships
